Talent Acquisition

To be considered for team formation at REMAX PREMIER, the Team Leader must:

• Be a licensed agent in good standing with REMAX PREMIER.
• Demonstrate at least $2,000,000. in closed production within the last 12 months.
• Be financially responsible for all required team fees, marketing, branding, and signage.
• Successfully complete the RE/MAX Aspire Program (on time).
• Successfully complete the RE/MAX Business Foundations Boot Camp.
• Submit a 12-month written business plan for review and approval.
• Maintain current RE/MAX LLC Membership Dues,. (due at joining of agency) and monthly fees
• Have a current professional headshot and bio on file with RE/MAX Premier.
• Actively participate in ongoing RE/MAX Premier training and development programs.
• Adhere to all brokerage compliance, ethical standards, and production accountability.
• Understand that team membership is subject to agency owner approval and may be revoked at the discretion of the agency owner.

To be approved as part of a team at RE/MAX Premier, each Team Member must:

• Successfully complete the RE/MAX Aspire Program within the required timeframe.
• Maintain current RE/MAX LLC Membership Dues at all times. (due at joining of agency)
• Submit a current professional headshot and bio for inclusion in company marketing and the RE/MAX Premier roster.
• Actively participate in ongoing RE/MAX Premier training and development programs.
• Adhere to all brokerage compliance, ethical standards, and production accountability.
• Understand that team membership is subject to agency owner approval and may be revoked at the discretion of the agency owner.

While there may be other considerations to complete a REMAX PREMIER TEAM formation or dissolving, any other elements will be at the sole discretion of the agency owner.
